Polaris Parts & Service Manager
Attention all experienced Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts Counter workers! If you know the ins and outs of Parts and Service like a pro, we have the perfect job for you!
We are hiring a Parts & Service Manager for our Polaris Off-Road department. We need someone who has knowledge of mechanics and diagnostic procedures. Your main responsibilities would include working closely with our technicians to advise customers and provide estimates on necessary repairs for their ATVs and Side by Sides. Along with processing warranty claims when required.
Other assets required are exceptional time management and organizational skills, as this job will require you to keep track of ongoing shop jobs while juggling bookings of new machine builds and new customer appointments.
Other tasks include assisting customers in finding parts and accessories. Placing stocking orders and ensuring we have adequate inventory for parts and accessories.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so outstanding customer service skills are a must. If you have the skills and experience, we're looking for, we want to hear from you!

Polaris ATV Mechanic
This position requires a red seal automotive, or certified Polaris mechanic with at least 5 years post training experience. Safety is our number one priority for our customers and the candidate must have a proven record of mechanical skills and exceptional diagnosis ability. Salary and benefits are based on the skill and experience of the candidate.
Marine Mechanic
This position requires an Marine trade mechanic with experience in diagnosis, repair, inspection, rigging and electronics. Preference will be given to Mercury or Yamaha trained technicians. Salary and benefits are based on the skill and experience of the candidate.
Apprentice or Junior Technicians
Looking for junior and apprentice technicians for both the Marine and ATV’s. Duties will include assembling machines, PDI engines and minor diagnosis and repair. Salary and benefits are based on the skill and experience of the candidate.
