We are hiring a Parts & Service Manager for our Marine department. We need someone who has knowledge of mechanics and diagnostic procedures. Your main responsibilities would include working closely with our technicians to advise customers and provide estimates on necessary repairs for their Boats, Outboard & Inboard Engines. Along with processing warranty claims when required.
Other assets required are exceptional time management and organizational skills, as this job will require you to keep track of ongoing shop jobs while juggling bookings of new machine builds and new customer appointments.
Other tasks include assisting customers in finding parts and accessories. Placing stocking orders and ensuring we have adequate inventory for parts and accessories.
