Winterization
Making sure your Mercury or Yamaha outboard or Mercuriser is properly stored for winter is one of the most important things you can do to keep your engine running its best. We recommend that you schedule your yearly service at the end of the season and combine it with your winterization. This ensures that your oil is free of any water or contaminates that could cause issues once the freezing winter temperatures hit. When your ready to get on the water again all you will need to do is make sure your battery is charged and properly hooked up and run the antifreeze out of the system if you've got a Mercruiser.
