100 Hour Service
Keep Your Polaris Ranger, RZR or ATV in tip top shape by following the recommended service intervals listed in your owner’s manual. When you service your off-road vehicle with us it will include the following:
- Perform unit inquiry to check for any outstanding recalls or service bulletins
- Test drive your Polaris to look for any runability issues.
- Checkover of brakes, suspension components, shift and throttle function
- Check air filter
- Change the engine oil, oil filter and drain plug gasket
- Change the Front differential fluid and inspect for water intrusion or impurities in the fluid
- Change the transmission fluid and inspect for any water intrusion or impurities in the fluid
- Check coolant level and top up if necessary
- Check brake fluid level and top up if necessary
- Grease all points on Chassis
- Torque wheels to spec
